As agreed at the meeting held with Council on 17th November, the IFHE Executive Committee provides this agenda for an extra-ordinary Council meeting, which will be held on 18 December via Zoom.

We are thrilled to host the 29th IFHE World Congress in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, from October 7.–20. 2026.

We are excited to share with you what IFHE is working on to improve Healthcare engineering globally. The international healthcare fraternity continues to be concerned with what is and has been happening to healthcare facilities in places of conflict.

"With the scars of COVID-19 still very visible, our industry continues to face new challenges globally. In Mexico, our past president Steve Rees, along with our current vice president Walt Vernon and the Executive Committee (ExCo), embarked on a journey to strategically position IFHE to address these challenges."
